We’ll send our surveyor to discuss your needs with you, assess your garage and the other design features of your home and work out the best way to make sure the new conversion meets all your requirements and yet blends in with your property. He’ll cover all the options to make sure your new room has everything you’re looking for.
Once your wishes are clear, we'll produce a specification and fixed price which will give you complete piece of mind.
Planning and Design
When you have agreed to go ahead, we'll prepare the necessary designs and take all appropriate action in order to satisfy the relevant Local Authority Planning and Building Regulations.
Building Works
We handle every kind of brick and stone work, including roofing, and we’ll take care of all the electrical, plumbing and heating requirements too. Windows and exterior finishes will blend as closely as possible with your property – and for the perfect interior finish, we’ll provide the flooring and do the decorating if you wish.
